This is a good hotel not far from the tube / bus stations. It has a good environment and the stay was very comfortable. The food was also good.

Simple hotel in industrial area close to a mall
In my opinion this hotel does not deserve 4 stars for the following reasons: 1. no kettle and water in the room. If you want coffee you must buy it downstairs 2. no safebox in the room 3. to get a cappuccino during the breakfast needed to complain to the reception. However after it , the cappuccino was prepared and brought to our table 4. the breakfast was very basic (in all other 3 or 4 stars hotels they had much more variety). No fruits, no pastries (beyond little croissants), no smoked salmon. Poor variety of sausages and cheeses. On the positive side, the room was big, nice and in a good condition. There is a nice sauna. However the advertised pool is closed (it's actually a large barrel rather than a pool). The area is industrial, but closed to the shopping mall, where you can find variety of food and stores

The hotel is not new, but is well maintained, is confortable and clean. A good option to stay at Kista.

I have stayed here twice as it’s near a company I do business with so very convenient. However, there are 3 things this hotel could improve on: - there is no tea or coffee making facility in the room - at breakfast you are asked if you want fried eggs from the kitchen. When I asked for poached I was told it’s only fried eggs!!!! - the gym equipment is poor and needs some simple modernising Staff are great and room is fine otherwise so a shame. Will debate trying somewhere new next time

The hotel itself was fine and the food was good but there was nothing out and about. Fine for a bed and some food for the night and great for its location for my appt the next day.
