8/10 Very Good

Everything was good, a little noisy from other bedrooms and restaurant outside at the back. Couldn't use the TV because it should had been connected to our phone.

4/10 Fair

No thank you. Will not return.
Don’t stay here. Not a clean spot, although the room was okay. Service was okay, but it doesn’t seem like the lobbies have been cleaned in ages, smelled of stale smoke, bed was hard as a rock and pillows were paper thin. Also, parking is street parking and near impossible to find a spot. There were people crawling in the windows on the basement level and the hotel didn’t seem to care. It isn’t the best part of town either, outdated, and just not a good experience. The reservation we made was non refundable but we checked out first thing the next morning and the staff didn’t seem to mind that we were knowingly not happy. I should have done more research, but lesson learned.

2/10 Poor

Unsafe
It is a fire trap. It is under construction. Old rickety and smelly. Parking limited to the street.

Very happy to choose this hotel!
Very friendly and helpful staff, super big bedroom with fridge, microwave and sink. Good location downtown with walk along the river to see the mascaret close. They also provide us with a map of Moncton.

2/10 Poor

DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS DANGEROUS.
THIS IS NOT A SAFE LOCATION. There are drug addicts, and this is a where section 8 or transitional housing folks live. It's not really a hotel. There were pubic hairs on the bathroom light (3) and some in the bed which supposedly was clean. The walls are paper thin and a women next door spent the entire stay hacking up a lung. It was disgusting. I had two nights booked left after the first one.
