Pleasant hotel in the old town. Steps from the beautiful Venetian Harbor. Breakfast is ok, but inexplicably heavy on sweets. Staff was helpful in suggesting restaurants and the like. Nicely appointed room. Strangely, no electric kettle in the room.

Located right into the turist area of Chania meters from the old Venitian port, yet very quiet. Breakfast was excellent with petsonalized choices (of eggs, coffee, etc.). The staff was professional and amazigly friendly. People with mobility issues should be aware that about half of the rooms have elevator service, and due to its location in a car free area, parking is only available in a public area nearby 100m-200m away, however the hotel provides free service with an electric cart for moving baggage etc. when arriving or leaving. I highly recommend this hotel!
