1 Night Stay
Upon arrival I was asked to leave a $75 deposit. I could do cash or put it on my card. I left $100 bill. My bank card showed the entire charge for the room $133 and also another $100 was pending on my card, on top of the $100 cash I left for a deposit. Which was very confusing and made it look like I had paid $333 for my 1 night stay for 1 room. My pending charges fell off my account in a couple of days and my $100 cash deposit was returned. I was only charged the $133. There was a empty drug test (UA) package left in our bathroom and hair all around the bathtub area. Our feet/shoes stuck to the floor and we found a cockroach crawling on the wall. Mary, the manager was very helpful to clear up the misunderstanding with the room charges and made sure it would be cleared up. She also stated that she would address the cleaning issues with the rooms.
