Wont stay again.
Hotel under construction was not made aware of that upon booking room. Under staffed took going to front desk to ask for a room fan since the temp in the room would not go below 70. Called and ask for one said it would be brought up to us it never was. No restaurant in hotel also not mentioned upon booking. No room service for food

Disappointed in my stay here
If you’re booking a suite, beware of the photos, they have several different layouts of the suite. The most appealing one is the one in the photos, in which I thought I was booking but was caught off guard when I was given a different view of and type of suite. After complaining to the manager, he mentioned he gave me a credit to the room, and the credit wasn’t applied. I had issues Checking out the room, because the front desk didn’t believe the manager gave me the credit. It was a true headache experience.

Free pass due to covid but still hmm!!
We had a lovely stay in a beautiful suite with bathtub overlooking the city. Just a few details overlooked that might upset another guest! - They said the restaurant/bar was operating with social distance when I booked, but when we arrived the entire place was closed and under construction. - There was a half eaten bag of chips and old condiments left in a draw of our wet bar area. - They did not provide us with real glassware to enjoy wine. We had brought our own feast to enjoy in the suite for the night and had to drink from plastic cups. Usually these things aren't such a big deal but when you fork out $$$ on a suite you expect a little more, and better than what you would have at home for such a price.

Overall Great Stay
No robes, even though advertised. The room was very nice, the beds extremely comfortable, and overall very quiet. The coffee in the room was delicious, and the food at the restaurant really, really good. It was a bummer to have to pay $18 for parking off site (across the street).

The property is ok. Path from parking to check in is broken. Must be repaired. No bellboy service! We had to bring suitcases to room ourselves. Unbelievable! No water bottles in the room which is basic amenity. We had to go downstairs after 10 hours drive to receive them. Manager refused to bring them up. No room service for food!!! Nice room & bathroom. Marriott hotel at its worst.

Good 6.0
The room was absolutely luxurious, but with COVID restricting usual practice for the hotel it was overall an “OK” experience. We had to go to the lobby to pick up our room service, for “safety” reasons. As if it was safer for their clients to walk through a semi-crowded lobby and grab the food then to drop it off outside your room. Also our room wasn’t cleaned because it’s on the customer to call for the service during the pandemic. The hotel is really beautiful and the room’s bathroom was one of the nicest I’ve ever seen. But I couldn’t help but be disappointed by the little inconveniences in what appeared to be money saving tactics masked as COVID safety guidelines.
