This is our regular Hotel when visiting wells to see family, Always get a good welcome, nice big rooms, with a traditional bath tub which we both love as only have wet room at home, it was very busy at breakfast,we were greeted and sat down smoothly, the Breakfast offer gets better every time we visit, food quality was excellent, looking forward to our next visit.

Room.was clean and comfortable with a very quick filling bath. Had a family room with balcony (be aware they are only Juliet balconies and the view is overlooking the car park. Breakfast was limited but edible, however the plates were filthy. Wife pointed that out to a staff member but they did nothing about it.It was a very convenient place to stay for the next day as we only had to walk across the car park from the hotel to the site. Would probably look.for other places nearby if went again but as a last resort this place would be okay if a little pricey for the sub par standard.

We checked in late friday afternoon and the male and female on the check-in desk were excellent. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. We also prebooked breakfast, which again was excellent value, great quality and plentiful. The hotel is central for all of the nearby attractions. We will return here again and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable.One negative point: the bathroom extractor fan wasn't working and the shower wasn't handheld, but fixed to the wall, causing a lot of splashing.

Only stayed one night with my wife and two grandchildren. Hotel location is perfect. Stayed in a family room one double bed and two single beds, not a put me up which was unusual so well impressed. Only down side was we ordered the children's food which was good. We then ordered ours which didn't arrive and the cook was wandering around the bar . Asked what was happening and they had forgotten our order by this time the kids needed to go to bed so we didn't eat. Breakfast was okay but had to wait a while as containers for hot breakfast were empty .
