We had a great time. Location was excellent. Can walk to beach and shops and restaurants. Home was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us store our luggage upon checkout. I don’t like they make you take out the trash and clean the kitchen dishes upon checkout. Everything else was great.

Another great stay at Lugaris beach
This is the second time we have stayed at Lugaris Beach Apartments. The accommodation and staff are excellent. We were particularly pleased with the views from our apartment on this visit. Great location for beach and metro into city and other locations.

Overpriced, Mediocre Accomodations
For the amount you are paying for this property, the fact that the apartments are run down (flickering light bulbs, rotten wood in bathrooms, washer / dryer that is very poor), they only clean the apartment once during your stay, and amenities are oversold (pool is much smaller than image makes it appear) you could find better quality for value elsewhere. Only plus is location if not interested in being near main / gothic part of city.

I was very disappointed when arrived at the hotel apartment, there was not a pleasant smell in the room, and in order not to feel this, we had to buy a flavoring agent, also it is not possible to use water in the kitchen, it smells of something bad.The bed is not very comfortable, two connected cheap quality mattresses keep moving apart and you fall into a hole. In general, the price does not match the quality of the hotel. Only bonus you get is nice area and easy access to metro, bus, restaurants and beach.
