Average hotel
I would say this is a rather average hotel. Closer to three stars than four in my opinion. The hotel is situated in the old Town, so everything is close with some great Turkish restaurants right outside.

Great location.
Perfectly situated to visit the wonderful town of Braunschweig. Perfect wi-fi. Be aware that it's difficult to park in the area so be prepared to pay €14 per night to park in the hotel garage. I’ll definitely go back.

Nice personnel. Helpful. The breakfast was nice, felt that there was enough to choose from. I stayed at a room on the third floor. The room was clean. Felt a bit old. The room had a horrible smell of smoke. There were no other rooms to switch to, when I asked, apparently I got a smoking room, where you actually are allowed to smoke inside. So everything had a smell of cigarettes. Especially the bed..

Mein Zimmer wurde vor meiner Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Die Wollmäuse auf dem Boden und dem Schreibtisch haben einen fast schon angesprungen und die Bettwäsche war dreckig. Schade das ich hier keine Fotos beifügen kann. Die Empfangsdame wusste nicht was sie machen sollte da habe ich mir Bettwäsche geben lassen und selbst das Bett neu bezogen und anschließend eine Beschwerde ans Hotel geschrieben. Der Besitzer hat sich Tags drauf mehrfach bei mir entschuldigt und wollte veranlassen das die wirklich notwendige Reinigung durchgeführt wird. Also habe ich meine ganzen Sachen wieder zusammengepackt. Als ich abends zurück kam war trotzdem nicht geputzt. Auf meine 2. Beschwerdemail bekam ich den nächsten morgen ein kleines Täschchen mit merci, Lübecker Herzen und einer schriftlichen Entschuldigung. Bei der Abreise wurde ich noch gefragt ob ich denn wieder kommen würde, sie würden mir gerne zeigen das es auch anders bei denen geht, was ich dankend mit der Begründung abgelehnt habe , das Sie dafür schon eine ganze Woche Zeit hatten. Nein danke - nie wieder !!!!!

Hotel in Stil der 90er Jahre, sehr kleines Einzelzimmer, sehr laut zur Straße da dort offensichtlich bestimmte Personengruppen ständig - auch nachts - unterwegs sind!

Das Zimmer in der 3.Etage ist ein MANSARDENZIMMER. Groesse 380cm x 350cm davon 50% Dachschraege. Kein Doppelbett . Duschkabine 60x60cm. Auf dem TV wurde eine andere Person begruesst. Fruehstueck sehr gut.
