Very comfortable
Good location near Penn Station and my meeting location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very comfortable, bathroom a bit small and the lighting could have been better. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was made very pleasant by the 2 ladies at the front desk. They were professional, friendly and helpful. In fact, we didn’t encounter a single team member who didn’t have a smile on their face throughout our stay. The room was small but on par with those often found in NYC, San Francisco & older buildings in LA. It was mostly clean (when we arrived, we cleaned up a couple of suspicious drip marks on the floor next to the bed), nice breakfast set up, nice location. I’d definitely book here again!
