Nothing major wrong but I was surprised it got 4.8/5 from over 400 reviews. It is quite run down. Mould around base boards. Very old fixtures and fittings. Small cramped space. Cockroache in room on arrival. Peeling paint. Broken filter cover in pool. Tiny fridge that didn't keep food cold. The pool was lovely and the property was very close to shops which was awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful

Great spot!
The kids said it was the best hotel pool that they'd ever been in ! Manager and staff were very pleasant, responsive and helpful to our needs which we really appreciated. Facilities were very clean .Spa bath was a bonus! Location was great - close to supermarkets, food and motorway Parking was onsite but little tight. Not sure about recycling facilities in site, looks like it might just go to landfill?
