Overall experience, amazing Rooms were really nice Surprisingly the homemade cookies in the room were really good. The hotel staff went above and beyond to get me more of them when we asked. Crazy amazing waterfall shower in the room. Staff, very very nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Only Place to Stay in Holbox!
Amazing from start to finish!! To start location of the hotel is the best in the island...close enough to the center but very private. Room (22) was just great, very comfortable, super clean and great views. Pool/beach area on point and you cannot beat the privacy and walking just a few steps to get into the ocean. Punta Mosquito is a beautiful walk directly from the hotel beach. Food and drinks were very good. Price/Quality is right. Finally, the service and ambiance set by the staff made us feel very comfortable since we got there and made out stay very special! I usually do not leave these long reviews, but this place deserves it.

Great time at Hotel Villas Flamingos!
We stayed here for 4 nights after our wedding in Tulum. The place was a slice of heaven! The staff is so kind and helpful. The rooms are amazing. Great for families and couple alike. There are even pool reserved for adults only.

Love it here. A few minor issues. Upon check in we weren't notified of the "rules" of the hotel. You are NOT allowed to have your own alcohol on the hotel property. We bought a few nice bottles at duty free but weren't able to consume them at Villas Flamingos. You can only consume alcohol that you purchase from their bars or restaurants. We just took our bottles to the beach for consumption. I guess this is a common practice for these hotels but it would have been nice to have know prior to arrival. Also, no music is allowed. This is actually a rather nice feature but again we just weren't notified. BIGGEST ISSUE: KEEP ALL INFORMATION REGARDING PAYMENT OF TRANSFER SERVICES!!! We paid for transfer service for 4 people in full prior to arriving. They attempted to charge us for it again. Thankfully we had all of our PayPal receipts and emails between resort. However, it took them about a half hour to sort this out at time of check out. Our transfer was suppose to pick us up at 9am but we weren't able to officially leave until about 930am. The staff are super friendly. Specifically big thanks to Juan, Arturo and Marcello. They make fantastic specialty cocktails!
