We had an amazing stay.
Friendly staff, excellent service, room was extremely clean. The only thing I'd suggest is having something to stir coffee/tea. The coffee maker worked and the cream and sugar were available, but I had no way to stir up my coffee once I added them in.
My stay this passed weekend was outstanding. My room was nice and clean but the view of the water was enjoying. That was my first time staying there and I have already made plans to stay there again. Finally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure the service was great. I really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to coming back soon.
Just perfect. So clean, quiet, and very spacious.
I reserved a lake view room and when I came for check in they said none is available because whoever came in checked for that kind of room. So basically they said it’s first come first serve. Never heard of that. We stay here every time we come to Houston. So disappointed.
Had to search for person to check in. Baseboard of room not vacuumed.
When we got to our room, we noticed fleas jumping around the bed. When we went down to talk to the front desk, they weren’t really concerned about it. They did swap our room but I paid for a double queen and a sofa bed and all we got was a king with a sofa bed. Won’t stay here again.
This place was clean and people friendly! There was free breakfast and wifi access was outstanding. My son loves his tech and it was great that the room was outfitted so you could use almost every tech you have imaginable!
It was good but the customer service ruined the stay. It was two lady’s at the front desk who had a very nasty attitude
Hotel was very clean and in great shape. The day staff was less to be desired as they could not keep their political views to themselves! As the presidential election issues were being played on the television, you would have thought we were at a rally. The African American females were especially obnoxious and loud, disturbing everyone in the lobby and breakfast area. No matter what political views we have, it is very unprofessional to display that type of expression in a place of employment.
