Cleanliness isnt too good due to the new sheets being still dirty with some marks and it having so many different types of strands of hair.

Loved the lobby which is designed like a living room, comfortable enough for work and for relaxing as well. The room is quite small but this is part of their concept, people are encouraged to stay in the common areas

The room is a good size, really comfortable bed and decent movies to watch.... Shower was hot and powerful, a great room for a couple but be aware the toilet is a bit of an experience as its also in the room. It's well positioned to block a direct view but if it's a bit ripe there is nowhere for the smell to go lol bar is open 24-7 there is shops at the train station just 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend this hotel as its only 10 minutes to both the airport and Centraal

An outstanding welcome, everything spotless and rooms not near as small as I expected from other reviews and pictures. A huge bed & huge drawer underneath for suitcases etc was great. All of the staff were amazing and very friendly until our last day where there was a few female staff I had never seen before who seemed rude? Myself and my boyfriend who stayed came to collect our bags (thank you very much to the staff for minding them). We had a couple friends with us who we met up with and the second we walked in every member of staff watched us like a hawk? We’re young but no need to follow us? A woman who looked like a manager walked around staring. I went to get the bags we left in the luggage room and then we were all asked to leave because my boyfriend went to roll a smoke - we were told “there are children and elderly around” when the lobby was empty (except for all the gawking staff). We left straight away without a fuss, thanking and respecting the staff. Then, we went out to the front with the chairs where we were told by many members of staff we could smoke there, and other guests including us had smoked there for the initial 5 or so days. Only to be followed out by the same woman and asked to leave again? I feel if I hadn’t checked out and was still technically a guest they would’ve been nicer but of course since they weren’t getting anything else from us we were just an eyesore? If you’re under 20, stay here if you want to feel belittled for your age.
