Cosy Family Room
Stay one night only but the room was cosy and comfortable. Lucky to have been upgraded to the family room as it had a lovely view of the Matterhorn. The room had all the amenities - bath, coffee, cosy 4-seater round table, etc. Spacious but most of all very cosy. Conveniently located - 5 minutes walk from the train station, shops, restaurants.

Beautiful place that makes you rest
The place is amazing and a wonder to be in. The hotel is very well located and easy to find, and very well equipped to offer any service to its clients. The room was top, but I would have expected a better view. As a first time visitor I would have expected some more information from the hotel how to get there.

This is a fabulous hotel where the staff are exceptional. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and the pool facilities are superb. Would highly recommend it.

The person in the reception was amazing! I absolutely loved this hotel. Normally hotels seem much better in pictures than the real thing, this one is muuuuch better that it looks in the pictures. Location is perfect and the overall amenities are great. Would definitely return and recommend to everyone.

Mostly top notch with exception of some confusion at check in. I’d definitely stay again and room was comfortable with a really beautiful view. It’s pretty central and an easy walk to the train station.
