We really enjoyed the kitchen and the closet space, very awesome! The pool and hot tub were much enjoyed by the 3 of us, and in good condition. The Culver’s ice cream in the snack section was wonderful. The hotel room bathroom was Tiny, and the tub spigot didn’t allow much water to reach the shower head. The area was very busy and noisy, and our view was of the freeway. The most disappointing thing was that our plans had changed, and the facility did not allow us to change our stay dates. With some help from family, we were able to still stay on our scheduled dates, but the facility policy stinks and is not consistent with what other hotels booked with hotels.com offers. If we chose to cancel, they would not offer the option of a refund even with a week’s notice. Lastly, the breakfast was sub-par even considering Covid restrictions. It was an okay stay, but I could only recommend it for the kitchen area.
