We stayed in the large house and it was very nice. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and kitchen. The shower pressure and warmth was a welcome sight. Also, each bedroom has its own sink. That was very handy. We used the kitchen it had everything we needed. Of course, the surrounding fjord scenery was spectacular. Staff was friendly and the restaurant food was good.

Perfect place to get away

Had a great stay at Gudvangen Fjordtell. The location is amazing and the people were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here and not in Flam. Cruise ships cannot come into the fjord that far, so at night it is very peaceful. Easy access back and forth to Flam via the shuttle bus, or by boat.
