Hidden gem up in the mountain.
We booked last minute around 10:00 PM and drove to the hotel, but when we got there, we were told that they had made a mistake and that they had no more rooms that could accommodate the 3 of us. The lady (I forgot her name) immediately took action and set us up in 2 rooms for the price of one. She was very professional and accommodating. We would have loved to stay there longer. It's a great hotel with views of the river, on beautiful grounds with some nice unique statues throughout. The waitress at breakfast we very professional as well. They served fresh, delicious food. Their coffee was was the best! You will have no regrets if you stay at this hotel.

Service war nicht entsprechend. Die Dame am check inn zeigte einen sehr genervten und angespannten Eindruck. Nicht freundlich und alles war eher zu viel. Am kommenden Morgen schien der Service zum Frühstück immer noch völlig überfordert zu sein, bei halb leeren Frühstücksraum. Das auffüllen der Speisen hat nicht wirklich zeitnah und vorausschauend geklappt.
