The location was good, with parking. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I loved the breakfast, especially the fried sausages. Our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Avoid the hotel if traveling with family
Booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child and we were given a room with one bed and 2 pillows, great sent it? Took them 15 min and 2 called to bring us a third pillow. But there should have been a bed for the child as well. Unacceptable imop!!. One more thing shower head in bad location so water runner to floor.

Excellent breakfast but several things to improve
Great breakfast and friendly staff in the reception but the breakfast staff didn’t say hi or good morning even though they made excellent breakfast. Building under construction as well as surrounding area. Room ok but not cleaned and shower broken.

I am in Poland for business for one week travelling on my own, I arrived at the property at 10:30 at night, The receptionist told me that the hotel is overbooked and they move me to another Radisson Hotel 4 km away. They gave me the name of the hotel Focus hotel. Focus Hotel was actually 10 km away from this hotel and completely not the Radisson!!!!! If anything this is almost a three star .The parking lot was dark and full. I had to park quite far away by the road. The welcome from the receptionist was not warm at all. I explained to them that I don’t know what happen with my booking and that I did not want a room on the first floor because I did not feel safe in this area. The hotel lobby was filled with many young men drinking. I explain to the receptionist that there was no light in the parking lot and I wanted to know if there would be somebody assisting me to help me with my bag because I did not feel safe. She said no they’ll be nobody to help me and I asked if they had security and they said no you’re just gonna have to manage on your own!!!! I Booked a four-star hotel the Radisson blueBooked a four-star hotel the Radisson blue and they gave me this room queen bed and they gave me this room that reeked of cigarette smoke and had two twin beds ! There wasn’t even a chain for the door or a bowl locked so I put a chair against the door to feel safer. I will definitely not book with Expedia again if I’m not refunded for this terrible part of my trip!!!!

Positives: It is a very nice hotel, with very kind staff, clean room, great breakfast, nice dinner Negatives: The restaurant works too slow, took about two hours to serve 15 persons, (totally in the restaurant were about 25 persons including us). Problem also with the ventilation of restaurant, after 3 hours our clothes smell awfull
