Great location,and price, safe and walkable.
Great location really right on the beach and by both CVS and Walgreens and many stores ans restaurants. The price is amazing considering the Marriott is next door at $700.00 a night room's. The bed was very very hard, for only this reason Id not return. ac worked great ans was the quiet type.

A week in San Juan
You are paying for location on this one. Steps from the beach, plenty of good restaurants, bars, etc. The property is run down. Bathroom was tiny. Beds were good, room size was adequate. There is a pleasant little courtyard in the back you can sit if you got too much beach. I was there in early May, the breakfast place attached to the place was only open on the weekend.

I actually cancel the stay! The place was dirty! Nothing like then pictures! Stained sheets, dust, not clean run away.

Staff very nice. It was a bit hard to find the entrance and the ramp is dangerous I fell. Outdated but overall fair for the price. I slept pretty comfy & being near the beach is a plus.
