This hotel is definitely feeling the current service industry crunch. Restaurant closed, one person working check-in, rooms need freshening, and the location leaves much to be desired.

Horrible experience
I would never suggest this hotel. Outrage 1st room had not been cleaned, second room smelled of smoke and third room was ok till about midnight and the air conditioner stopped cooling. We had 2 small kids so we stayed in the room. As I was checking out I told the lady at the desk. She said ok. Never apologized for any of the rooms. There were 5 people in line behind me complaining about their rooms. And 2 phone calls complaining while I was standing there. Again no apology just a blank look. I would be ashamed to have the Hilton name associated with this location. Also online it showed a beautiful pool well it was not open. Said they are working on it. Breakfast was very expensive and did not look good.

Lovely downtown hotel.
Lovely hotel in downtown. Parking is extra. Waited a little for valet but not long. Didn’t really get to enjoy the beautiful lobby that was there. If you will be downtown it’s great. If not, you may want to stay on another location.

Good But Can Improve
The clerk at check-in was extremely nice. The room could have been cleaner. The sheets had stains and there was a huge carpet stain. The bathroom tile needs to be cleaned. Overall, the hotel was clean. The service in the restaurant was great.

Had no choice but to pay for valet parking which I didn’t know about, and shower/ tub drain was clogged so water backed up in tub. Gross! Also couldn’t understand the receptionist because he didn’t speak clear.

I thought it was expensive for the area. The lobby was nice and looked recently updated but the room needed repairs and was not that clean. The door handle was coming off as well. I greatly appreciate having pet friendly hotels, but I wish hotels would not make themselves pet friendly if there is not a safe place to walk your dogs. As a single mama of a two year old we walked our dogs at 7am and were approached by 3 different men. I did not feel safe.
