It was amazing experience, hotel staff is very kind especially EMRE the reception guy is very helpful and well knowledgeable about the history and area of Cappadocia.The hotel is near the center, it is easy to find,We had very nice view from the, ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN. This is a very special place. The property is nicely decorated, well cared for with beautiful rooms, terraces/balconies with views and a restaurant. Make sure you walk around and explore the property. It has a spa/hamam, which we didn't have a chance to visit. I suspect every room is different due to the unique configuration of the property. Our room was a duplex with the bedroom, small bar area, living room area on the first floor and a spacious bathroom with the shower, bidet, and Jacuzzi on the lower floor. They provided candles and matches for jacuzzi, which was a nice touch. I do recommend this property. Breakfast was served buffet style in the restaurant and presented a good variety of food (cheese, cold cuts, jams, veggies, fruit, cereal/milk, boiled eggs, bread, greens, olives, teas, coffee). They offered omelettes at additional price. Masks and gloves were required at the buffet and were provided. They also offer a variety of touristic activities. The hotel is walking distance to the main street of Goreme where there are shops and restaurants.

Need to train their employees
Room is extremely hot. Buffet is not that great and they are even charging money for the Turkish coffee ( they gave me as a complimentary after I put a complaint about one of their receptionist comment) Rude people ( Emre who works in night shift ) Now the good things, Tugce is a great person and She helped me to get my balloon ride and easy checkout process. I won’t stay there again and pay 175 dollars to get a comment from one of their low class employee, Emre Beware of extra charges and stupid comments form their employees
