Small floor-space --- my hockey equipment (bag) + my suitcase filled up roughly ~40% of the floor in the main room that wasn't already allocated to the (rather spacious) bed --- but, overall, it was great value for the price, is well-situated in a good area, and suited my needs perfectly.

I had a very inexpensive room, a single with no window, and a shared bathroom. The room was fine, except for the heat - it was very warm, and the ventilation was inadequate to help with sleeping. The shared shower was fine, but the WC was the smallest I have ever seen. It was almost impossible, after closing the door, to turn around in the room (I am a 5'11" 185 lb -180 cm, 84 kg - male). Breakfast was very good. I had some luggage stored, when I checked out, for a few hours. When I came back for it, the experience was very nerve wracking... "Are you sure your bags aren't in here? Oh, there is one more place they could be..." They did find my bags, but it was pretty unorganized!

Nice staff and nice double room with good facilities (shared WC). Located about 20 min walking from the Central Station but with a Metro station just around the corner. Good breakfast. Good wireless connection is a plus.

It is shared toilet but the door lock of the room kept malfunctioning. The receptionist did nothing when asking help for the door lock malfunction.

Amazing hotel
I loved everything about this hotel, the location (20 minutes walking to Gamla Stan), the hospitality (allowed me to leave my luggage in the locker after I checked out and being very nice in general), the breakfast (very complete, many types of cheese) and the best of all, due to a overbooking, we got a very nice room upgrade for no cost, so the room was big and very clean. Simply superb!

The breakfast was amazing. The room was not very clean. If you stay in the bottom bed, it is clean. The top one, due to restrictions in terms of heigh the cleaners can climb, might not be so clean. The floor seems clean but if you scrub with a piece of paper, you will see the paper gets black. I would still go again to Rex Petit. The staff is nice and you get good value for your money. I would use only the bottom bed and not the top one. That bed is big enough for 2 people.

Las habitaciones son mínimas. No hacen la cama de arriba (increíble para un hotel) y del baño salía olor a cañería que a veces era muy desagradable. Por otra parte el personal fue muy agradable y el desayuno muy bien servido y con una muy buena variedad.

Rex Petit - great price and great hotel!
Small but perfectly good room. Great for one, might be a small for two people, but then again, most people don’t spend much time in their room. Bed was very comfortable, shower was lovely. Tv was nice to have, though not many channels. Breakfast was great. Location is great, only 10 min. walk to city centre. Would stay again!
