Glad I chose this hotel because it was close to a shopping mall and close to a museum I wanted to visit. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, everything worked as it should and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

disappointed to stay at this hotel
not good. couldn't access the wifi. cleanliness so bad. toilet light and the light under the table were not functioning. Car park very dark. No proper sign to show the "in" and "out" of the car park. The furniture and equipment in the room are very old. Window curtains were very dirty and not working. Paid more for what is expected. not worthwhile. will never consider to stay at this hotel again.

Spacious with good location and view but moldy
The hotel is spacious with great bones. The view was great and the pool facility nice. But there were moldy shower curtains and moldy spots in the carpet. They clearly have a leak somewhere and just don't fix it. The fridge didn't work and the wifi didn't work. The wifi was very frustrating because we expected to be able to work remotely from the rooms one of the days, but we couldn't even get our phones connected, let alone our computer. Wifi does work in the lobby. The location is perfect, just blocks from the waterfront, with the free museum right next door. For a 3 bedroom, for this price and location, it's fine, just don't count on the wifi, and expect mold. It's too bad because it clearly has the potential for a spectacular hotel.
