From check in to check out, friendly & considerate staff! Example- getting some ice for my ice chest, problem- It won't fit into ice drop space, room attendant is walking past & see's my problem. She ask if I'd like an ice bucket. She goes into laundry/storage area, gets one, rinses it out & brings it to me.
