Great stay. Great location, comfy beds. Don’t love the shower. It was small and not the best water pressure. I also really hate that there is no door on the master bathroom. It’s really not comfortable at all. Great kitchen set up and a comfy space. Used the electric scooters and those were such fun. Easy to use.

Parkside is an amazing hotel with all the in-suite amenities, cleanliness, covered pool etc. Kitchenette had everything you need and the room + the bathroom was clean, neat and very nice.

Friendly welcome, explained COVID restrictions. The only downside was that while I was booking the hotel, my wife had asked about the pool and no indication was given about the amount of bookings at the pool. When we arrived we were told to check in with the pool concierge where we were told that there was no availability. We had phoned at 2 pm the day we booked and arrived at 5 pm. Had we been advised at how busy it was, it would have not set us up for different expectations.

It was our first time staying at this hotel, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and beds comfortable! We had a reservation to use the pool, and it was very refreshing. The hotel is conveniently located to downtown. Would recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful patios and large rooms. Great staff Perfect location downtown. I have a high truck and couldn’t use the underground parking, there was ample parking in the street.
