Never again
I have used this hotel for 3 years but this will be the last time. When I checked in they couldn’t find my booking at first. Then they told me the type of room (sea view) I had paid for wasn’t available but they would upgrade me. I entered the room to find scaffolding around the balcony and no view available. After complaining they gave me the only other room available which overlooked a road out the back. The hotel was hosting some kind of party which I wasn’t informed about so on top of everything else I had very little sleep. I changed my 2 night booking to 1 night and went somewhere else.

Comfortable and practical

Terrible service and unqualify stuff
I stayed at this hotel in July I would not recommend to anyone this hotel is full rude unprofessional stuff . We booked 3 nights and we left after one night stayed . The first night we decided to eat dinner buffet at the hotel which it was a big mistake the buffet was full of commercial low quality food . That night I got really sick after eating that food . The next morning we showed up at breakfast few minutes before closing considering the night I had . We were waiting in line at the bar to order a cappuccino one of the stuff member that was making the cappuccino asked to another guest what time is it and the guest answered it’s 9:58am so the stuff member said to us we close at 10am so I can’t make the cappuccino which is absurd the answered . At that point I was really unhappy so I went to front desk telling them we were going to leave two days early becausr we were very unhappy about the service we received if we could get reimbursed for the two nights out of 3 I paid but she said no so I asked for a manager she said no manager was on duty that day . I end up leaving anyway but before I left I asked for a manager to called me back but no manager ever called me back . I called many times after that requesting a manager to called me back but the manager never bothered to call . I also realize I left myPajama on top of the pillow it was a really expensive the maid said she didn’t find it in the room very strange it was blue on top of a white pillow would stand up .
