Great location and quiet
Lovely hotel, staff were really helpful and welcoming. This is a great base to explore the Costa Smerelda (by car). Nice restaurants nearby (Nico's was the best pizzeria). Pool wasn't so good but guess would be nice in the high summer. Limited fresh fruit at breakfast but nothing major and would stay here again.

Hotels.com didn't make the booking successfully.
We didn't get to stay at the hotel. Hotels.com 'confirmed' the booking but when we arrived at the hotel, they hadn't heard of us and there was no suitable room. Fortunately, the hotel looked after us and found us somewhere else to stay. I have emailed Hotels.com twice since (on the 17th June and 27th) to ask what happened. It is now 12th July so I am very unimpressed by the customer service of Hotels.com. I phoned Hotels.com today and was told that I would get a response within 72 hours but there is no way to lodge a formal complaint about the lack of response to-date(as well as the lack of a room)! Hopefully, by submitting this review, I will get a response from Hotels.com. It looked nice - if only we'd got to stay there!

Good for an overnight stop
Friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely selection of homemade cakes for breakfast. Free parking and wifi. Nice pool area. Communal area and rooms very clean. Located right in the village of San Pantelo. Only negative was the bed in our room was not a full size double, only a 3/4. Wouldn't have wanted to spend more than 1 night in it.

Great service,and enjoyed our stay
Genuinely friendly service with a smile, clean comfortable room and a great location in a wonderful village. On top of this, the restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent and we had the best meal of our trip here, again with wonderful and passionate service. The only slight negative was the pool area was basic (but again clean) but in a region with so many great beaches that wasn't really an issue so we would highly recommend.

lovely hotel in great location
This is a great hotel in a lovely town - good location for visits to costa smerelda without staying in the resorts. San Panteleo has some nice art studios to visit too. Cafe anna is a nice piazza to sit for evening drinks before dinner.The breakfast terrace is lovely. The garden and pool area is so relaxing to sit and read or have a drink after a day sightseeing. As a female travelling alone I found the owners and staff very friendly and helpful
