This hotel is very nasty and was pure trash and I will never go back, they had a lizard infestation and very poor customer service . Also my privacy was violated by one of the housekeepers. Management did nothing to resolve the issues.

Do not recommend this hotel.. does not meet the IHG standards. Filthy bathroom, disgusting toilet seat. Thankfully had disinfectant. Sink was stopped up.Leaking air conditioner. So had wet floor and mold. The air conditioner in the room above has the same problem as it is dripping through the ceiling.

I tried to upgrade rooms when I got to the hotel and they told me they could not upgrade since I reserved the room through a third party. I tried to get a room with a jacuzzi in the room. The people working did not know how to let me pay them the difference so I could not get that room. I had called Expedia the morning before I checked in and tried to change the room to this one and they told me they did not see any rooms with this amenity and could not help me. I will not use Expedia again.

Absolutely horrible! As a mother of 5 with a little one I would NEVER stay here again. Had it not been for the fact no other hotel was open and we had been waiting out Hurricaine Laura ( which is how we ended up there) we would have left as soon as we stepped in the room. I found a pill on the floor and could tell parts of the room hadn’t been cleaned in a while. A family member who stayed in the room next to us had dirty sheets. The other ppl staying there were very questionable, especially the ones who seemed to “live” there or at least “work” from her room.

Disappointment in Paris
1st of all our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:00 (short staffed and running late) so we went to get some dinner and they called 15 minutes later saying the room was ready. The room was disappointing as the carpet under the air conditioner was dripping wet from condensation, I got my socks wet when I stepped on the wet carpet! - we talked to the front desk and the said they knew about it but still gave us the room! Then the toilet tank needs a new parts inside as we had to jiggle the handle to stop it from running. And in the morning we tried to make coffee and the coffee maker didn't brew any coffee even though we followed the instructions. And there were cracks in the walls in the bathroom. Oh, and there was no bar soap by the sink - had to ask the front desk for a bar of soap!
