I was apprehensive at first bc the lobby could use a deep clean, but, the room was acceptable and the beds were very comfortable and that's all we were there for was to sleep. Price was a good value.

The Budget Inn is an older property that has been renovated w/ new flooring, paint and other improvements. It is very clean w/ comfortable mattress and pillows. It is close to the airport for an early leaving flight.

The guy in the lobby with the electronic ankle bracelet, the woman in the parking lot asking for gas money and the smoke saturated room we were first given was a turn off. The desk clerk was accommodating in giving us a better room without a hassle.
