Everything about this property was exceptional. Spacious rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast buffets were great and we lov d the location. Lovely and quiet but also great for kid.

I honestly DO NOT understand how this property got such good reviews.... first thing is, When I arrived at the room and sat on the bed, I found a dry and hard as a crystal contact lense on the floor next to the bed..... really...? I had to put a foot towel on the floor of the shower because I really didnt feel it was clean. Also, the room smelled like it had been closed for quite a while. It could have been a great room....we had 2 floors with swimming pool on the roof, living room and even a bathtub. however, I just felt so uncomfortable because it didnt feel clean. The restaurant by the swimming pool had old broken furniture. It would sink if you sat.... I so don't recomment this place

Relaxing oasis

Had a lovely stay in Phuket. Enjoyed the swimming pool, live music and good food and cocktails on offer. Thank you Miriam and staff for looking after us so well!

The rooms were spacious and staff were lovely. However, the beach was very unappealing. Breakfast was average and no transport from hotel to Rawai beach. Had to pay every time for a taxi. Not many restaurants near by as well.

Really good and quiet place. Staff is helpfull and attantive. But the main disadvantage is that hotel is too far from touristy spots, no caffees and restaurants around, no beach. only swimming pool you can enjoy which is pretty small and with hot water in it:) good thing that there is family Mart store and pharmacy nearby. Hotel has shuttle some days during the week going Nai harn beach and Patong. also good library with books you can find in many languages. Rooms, Bathrooms are very good and comfortable. in case of taking Thai massage in hotel, dont pay to the person doing it as I had a problem check out time. there was nothing to prove that I paid to her as I had no receipt. so consider this:))) they tried to call and she didn’t pick up. This moment was a bit tough for me and felt so pissed off. the breakfast is combines European and Thai food as well. And it was just perfect.
