The room we were initially in had some maintenance issues, but when we raised our concerns, they promptly changed our room and helped us move our belongings. The food was good, and the location was convenient, close to the shops and only a 10-minute drive to the city centre. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the city centre. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Everything was extraordinary… the swim pool is magical… staff super friendly. The only downside. I stayed in an upper level unit - it was larger room but there seemed to be a problem with insulation… I could easily hear next door room.. or when they walked around or opened a door… so not super private.

Overall, I had an excellent stay here. I would definitely recommend it. I did have a pool room, which was very nice. Unfortunately, it rained a lot which has nothing to do with the hotel. I used the dining area as well as the bar area, and both were excellent with service. We stayed 5 nights here as a conclusion of a 3 week journey in Indonesia and we simply loved it! Every single staff member was so nice and seemed to genuinely care, always greeting us with a big smile and we enjoyed our countless talks throughout the day. Then there’s the attention to detail: from the beautiful flower display in our room when we arrived, to daily, immaculate housekeeping (even with an extra housekeeping check up in the evening or imagine coming home with your sheets drawn aside and the complimentary slippers carefully placed on each side , to the general facilities, to food, drinks and services provided. We had a very nice dinner at the Clover cafe but the breakfast was the best we’d had on our entire trip. Don’t miss out on the Mango banana smoothie bowl with homemade granola! Loved that breakfast was a à la carte (except fruit and juice). Pool was also great. Plenty of towels and loungechairs - perfect for a timeout between visits to the city center. Free shuttle was a great addition although also easy to get rides on Grab (walking into town is possible but tricky due to the crazy traffic and poor road conditions - ok in daytime but don’t do it after dark). Thank you again, we can only give Hava our warmest recommendations!
