Looking Forward to Our Return
Wonderful property with excellent service. Everyone was very friendly, with the exception of the lady bartender at Tucker's Bar the last 2 nights. She was as cold and standoffish as Andre was warm and engaging. It also seems the hospitality staff, while very friendly, is stretched rather thin as we saw the same people at virtually every venue at different times of day. While the food was adequate, we were somewhat surprised how simply adequate it was. Perhaps we were simply expecting so much more...

Beautiful hotel but the shop and spa were closed on Christmas and the day after. There were no activities for guests, no hot tub, and concierge offered to take my family to the airport in the hotel van but he failed to tell us there was a $55 fee. (I opted to take a taxi and give the citizens my money with a tip.) The cleaning staff came in while I was dressing-we told the manager upon check out all of this and he was not friendly at all.
