Telephone calls were more important than customers standing in front of him waiting to check in. We were there before the phone call. Someone else should have taken the call or ask them to hold while you finish checking in your guests.

Suite was very clean and comfortable. Not enough sound proofing however as I was woken by and had to hear repeated snoozing of my neighbors alarm clock!

Great for families
Comfortable for parents dropping off a child for college. The separate living, dining and kitchen added to the convenience of home. The washer and dryer were a welcome plus.

Relaxing trip!
The only issue we had was there was a huge wet spot on the couch and floor 😬 I called the front desk but they weren't very helpful and didnt offer to fix it or move us. We just didn't sit on the couch for the remainder of the trip.

Excellent! We had plenty of Room for all 4 of us. So clean, everything we needed and more!, we will stay again. We had our 17 yr old granddaughter and 11 yr old Grandson and they were so happy to be there.

The accommodations were quiet and clean. The beds were firm and so super comfortable-even the pull down bed. The basement garage parking was clean and felt very safe. Would highly recommend this!
