Very old furniture in room, stains on bedding and towels, poor food- no choice, some staff at the beach bar rude, very old sunbeds, mattresses and tolews on the beach, all inclusive but snacks not exist, cold water under shower in night, friendly staff in the restaurant, very clean, amazing sea

Outdated hotel with good service
Very outdated hotel, real rooms doesn't have anything in common with hotel listing. I was impressed by the friendly staff which made my stay much better and even made me extends my stay for an additional night

Fabulous hotel, just small niggle about rooms.
Normally love this hotel. Fourth visit. However, for some reason we were given rooms on the side of the complex which were nothing as nice as the ones I've stayed in previously. There we're vacancies in the nice ones so don't understand. Room a bit small and a bit run down. Disappointing as I had taken my son and our friend this time. Otherwise, as always, my favourite hotel in Hurghada.

Disappointing stay
The hotel lacked atmosphere as a solo traveller. There wasn't a all day bar/drinks facility where you could hang out. The food lacked variety and was overcooked and dry. I really didn't enjoy it. The all inclusive was only beer and spirits and they didn't have a cocktail menu. Personally I prefer to drink wine and was very disappointed that it wasn't an option. I've not had that before. Some of the bar staff were unfriendly and you had to ask to get a drink, whereas as others were the complete opposite. The entertainment wasn't well advertised, even the fitness classes in the day I didn't know about. I certainly will not go back here again!
