Der Aufenthalt war für uns angenehm und erholsam. Die Lage des Hotels in ruhiger Wohngegend ermöglichten uns etwas Erholung von den Alltagspflichten. Die Räume waren sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient.

Trouble in Wiesbaden
Great place - the only thing is the guests should be WARNED that they MUST take the main entrance key to the residence, or they will not be able to access the hotel at night. We forgot the key to the main entrance (we only had a key to the room), and when we called the management by pressing a button at the entrance, we were told that the management is not there, they owner does not live in Wiesbaden, and we were asked to look for another hotel (!!) and come back at 10:00 am next morning. No comments. Fortunately, we were able to get attention of other residents despite the late midnight time who were nice to come down and open the door for us. CONCLUSION: both keys, to the room and to the main door should be attached together, otherwise the guests are in BIG TROUBLE.
