Central and Modest but Pleasant.
This hotel was very well located and very good value. The room was fine, the receptionist very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast in the nearby hotel was very acceptable. Tallinn is a great place to visit and this hotel is an excellent budget choice.

We had a little trouble finding the hotel, but that was due to our GPS. It's a charming place. We arrived very early (about 7 am) and they let us leave our luggage, then told us where we could get coffee at that hour. We initially thought it might be 1 pm before a room would be ready, but they gave us one about 10 am. Room was very spacious and well appointed. Staff was extremely helpful. Location was good.

The 'quiet' room I requested was directly attached to the lobby, they offered earplugs as you could hear every person interact with reception. There is no luggage storage. If I was in my 20s I would love this place, directly above a bar and next to a club that it's open till 6 am.

No parking. The receptionist gave us a piece of paper indicating that we can park at Solaris for $5 for 24 h. When I went to pay it was $20. The person there told me I need a voucher from the hotel they never game me. The breakfast is bad and we waited for the need to heat for 10 min. The hotel needs renovation.
