Convenient and adequate hotel
Walkable location for central Turin and easy to reach with a car (parking space is limited, paid and the space within the courtyard tricky to park in). Rooms and the hotel was clean and perfectly good for a night or two. Soundproofing within the hotel was pretty bad, but it never felt too noisy. Breakfast is pretty limited, but pastries were fresh and coffee good.

Good hotel for overnight stay in Turin centre
Hotel is in old building but is clean, comfortable and close to city center. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Parking is available (10 euros per day). Breakfast is ok for the price paid (coffee/tea, croissants and pastries).

Nice Pit Stop Stay
Stayed here as a pit stop. Chose hotel due to proximity to bus station and train stations. Were a little concerned about cleanliness and service based on reviews. Our stay was clean and comfy. Tried a few words in Italian; both night and morning staff were friendly and spoke some English. Night staff ran up stairs twice when guests pulled 'help me' bathroom string! The room was small by US standards but was clean for us. Shower was quite small but worked! Room was a little noisy with guests adjacent and in hallway but this was little bother. Balcony was a nice touch. Would stay again.

Local hotel for visiting family
On one occasion after the room had been cleaned, there were no towels left for me and on another, no toilet roll. I found hairs in my bed. Two nights were taken up with coachloads of children arriving and running up and down the corridors, screaming and shouting until 11.30pm. No one from reception bothered to tell them to keep the noise down.

Hotel au milieu de nulle part. Très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre : humidité énorme. Pas de service de chambre pendant les 4 nuits passées là-bas. Mal entretenu. Araignées et leurs toiles un peu partout.
