Budget hotel across the train station
Perfect location just across the train station. Many restaurants and bakeries close by. Only one small elevator for the entire hotel so you have to be patient. Rooms are very small but for that price you cannot really complain. Staff was cool.

It was okay. It was very close to the train station which was great for me. It just was a bit rundown with a sink that wouldn't drain correctly, little things like that. It was very basic, but clean and fine for the price.

Excellent location,50 m to train station and very close to Jean Medicin avenue for shopping. Tram stop for trams to old town is just 50m away. Basic hotel with clean beds but floors should have been vacuumed daily.

Le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute des clients. Top ! Sauf hic : la caution a déposé en cas de dégradation de la chambre.

O quarto é pequeno, mas silencioso e aconchegante. A localização é excelente, bem no centro de Nice. Apesar de estar em uma rua movimentada, o hotel tem um bom sistema de isolamento acústico. As acomodações são bem antigas, mas tudo funciona bem.
