Jewel in the heart of Paris
Wonderful her tell in the heart at everything! Metro and bus stops within several meters. One block from the Seine and only a couple of blocks from the Louvre. staff was excellent and very friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Room not as described-small and cramped although it was nearly $800 for 4nights. Balcony was rickety and no view at all. Dead gnats on the wall behind the toilet. Musty smell Lysol could not remedy. The photos did not represent the actual room. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

Good
Great location & the staff were very friendly & helpful. The only issue was that every morning I was woken up at 06.30 by the bin men & even on Sunday morning I was woken up at 08.30.

The location is exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not sufficiently varied. Bed sheets were not changed during my stay.

Great location! Off the beaten path yet walking distance to tons of dining, shopping, and right next to a metro location.

Very enjoyable
We only had two nights in Paris but this hotel was great. The room was comfortable but also perfectly kitschy with that old school charm. Beds are comfortable and the place is clean. There’s no crazy modern art sculptures like pretensive wanna be ritzy hotels where The owners nephew is a struggling artist. Really just an enjoyable place.

I would stay away
Smelled stale, too small, the elevator was extremely noisy and annoying! If you dont get up at 6:00 am, the shrieking sound of the elevator will keep you up. The bathroom was two different rooms. One for the toilet, another for the sink and tiny shower that you had to step in awkwardly to get in. The window to the bathroom had a translucent glass that you couldn't tell if someone could see you or not from the outside. I would stay away! The staff was friendly.

A neat small hotel
The room was tiny and they don't provide lotion. We stayed there for six days. we only received one one-time shower cap, two tiny soaps, two tiny bottles of shower/shampoo gel. Maybe it is just the prudent French style? The safe can't operate because batteries were out. We reported, the batteries were never replaced for six days. also, we need to give the key to the front desk every time we left the hotel. When we came back, we only needed to tell them the room number, they would give the key to us. No ID check, not even for the first day, not even with different frontdesk clerk. We suspect they would hand the keys to whoever claim were the guests. We didn't feel safe and secured during our stay there. So we had to carry our cash and passport everywhere we go out. Went through one blackout in early morning and one false fire alarm at night. Brushed and showered in the dark, also rushed out of the room for safety at night Other than that, the location of the hotel is premier. The people there are very kind and nice. The shuttle service to airport is very convenient, especially during metro strike.
