We enjoyed our stay. It was an older room but it was quiet and in an amazing location . Close to the sights with several restaurants right on the block . The owners helped us out immediately when we had an issue with the toilet. We would stay there again .

My partner and I booked the Double room with a private bathroom and it was excellent, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. We were also able to leave our bags with reception until we could check in which was great

Got a room on a relatively busy street but we had no issues with the noise. Incredible deal in terms of location and price. Definitely would come back.

Nice staff and good location but 4th floor and no reception on ground floor. Lift seemed sketchy... fab restaurant downstairs though (not connected to the hotel).

6/10 Good

We had a room with a shower and a balcony - that was really a plus for us. No air con but the fan was a god send during the 35° summer. When we arrived the toilets werent stocked up with soap and paper towels and the reception often opened late and closed early. This, coupled with the overall dingy feel of the place were the worst things about it. However, Florence is expensive, and given what I stood to pay elsewhere, I am pretty happy about our stay here

Noisy from restaurant customers, buses and water pump on the roof could be a problem if you have a problem falling asleep. Room 20 we stayed is on the site of street which is very small. Hope hotel use refill liquid soap/shampoo bottle instead of using disposable soap packets. Location is good, supermarkets, T1 to regional bus station, T2 to train station all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Use hotel Aline on GPS instead of address because there are two different numbers on the wall. Look for the big square blue number 14.

8/10 Very good

A localização é excelente!
