Great location and very comfortable
We chose the Pan Pacific because of its location - we wanted to be close to Jl Bukit Bintang. Our serviced apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable however the air conditioning could not be controlled. The first night we set it on 22c and nearly froze. Second night 24c and still we froze, only to discover that it self selected 18!!! We ended up turning it off until it became too warm and stuffy. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel because there is a myriad of options very close by. Out the back of the hotel one block away there is a huge covered area serving all sorts of breakfast and lunch items. At night oposite the hotel and up one block from behind Bukit Bintang plaza, is Jl Alor - a whole street of fabulous hawker stalls - offering everything you can think of. On our next visit to KL we will definitely stay at the Pan Pac.

Superb property location
There was communication issue with hotel and Expedia , I was told my booking was cancelled. Luckily I have proof of rebooking and even email relating to upcoming stay. Took awhile to resolve before we could check in. Staff are friendly and courteous. For suites standard should be good, but find that there is only one trash bin hiding under kitchen sink. And one in the toilet. Probably good to have more in the bathroom and bedroom. Aircon alittle weird that seems not working too well not cool n warm sometime. Bed a little hard but ok. Superb location.
