Good hotel in Erie, PA!
The Hilton Garden Inn in Erie, PA was a very nice place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty and the wait staff exceptional! There is a very nice area outside to meet with other guests, which we did--each of the three nights we stayed at the hotel. It is also VERY conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. We would stay there again when traveling to Erie in the future!

Front fest gave room away and then tried to charge me an additional room rate in addition to Expedia charge. Personal not compassionate, rude and unkind to traveler with nowhere to sleep after airline caused flight delay. Night front desk attendant yelled at traveler while she was trying to contact Expedia to straighten situation out. She even threatened her while she tried to plug phone in after disconnected from Expedia representative. She stated that traveler ‘ shouldn’t even be on property’ when traveler would not agree to pay an additional $130 for hotel charge ( in addition to Expedia cost $135). This was worst customer service, heartless ( traveler was a senior and in was 11;30 at night).
