We have stayed here quite a bit, but unfortunately the last few times havent been up to standard. Very noisy, kids running the hallways & very loud couples being "intimate" until 5 in the morning in the room next to ours. But this last stay the sink was blocked...we told the cleaner's...but ended up my husband had to plunge the sink himself...and what came up was disgusting... the staff were apologetic..but only offered us to change rooms.. it would have been a downgrade to the room we payed for...due to previous experience with kids running the halls in those rooms we declined. There was no other offer of a partial reimbursement or a dining voucher etc. We shouldnt have to unclog a sink for a room we've paid for..we were quite disappointed. It is a shame because it is in such a good location.
