This hotel charged me twice for one night and ignores all my emails. I am absolutely frustrated with th terrible service I received I have no telephone international service and I cannot call thm They double billed me and don’t fix anything They charged my Credit card twice . They do not respond at all. They charged me twice and don’t fix the billing

Enter the hotel after hours
Stay was excellent, my only issue was when i arrived at 23.00 which they new there was no night porter. It took me 2 hours to get in via phone calls x 10 and the intercom x 7. When i did get in i couldnt find the key safe which they said was behind the reception desk. After searching for for part of the two hours i found it opposite the lift enterance. I had travelled for 12 hours and this was the last thing i wanted. Other than that the receptionist in the morning apologies loads of times, which it wasnt her fault were excellent and couldnt fault them.

I have sent a message to the hotel but they never reply back. The stay wasn’t as I expected it to be. me and my kids couldn’t sleep all night with the noise in the room and also the bell from the church which was going on every 5 minutes. My kids had a competition to go to so they needed a good sleep but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. They were so tired in the morning and suffered with headaches all day due to lack of sleep. I will not stay at that hotel again. The price was very expensive too so it’s not worth it.

Very comfortable hotel, city center
The hotel is centrally located. The room is modern, comfortable, quiet, and well furnished. I liked the hotel a lot. My only slight issue was with the a/c, which cannot be shut down. But overall I recommend the hotel and would go back if I happen to come to Limburg.

We traveled through Germany visiting different Weihnachtsmärkte and stayed in Limburg because it’s near the airport. We LOVED the breakfast and the GREAT Kaffee!!! Lovely hotel in great location
This hotel is on the beautiful old town square. In a beautifully rennovated old building. It is on the edge of pedestrian area but easy to get there from motorway. Car park is at the back of hotel and us very convenient. The hotel is very clean and room was comfortable with nice bathroom and mini bar. Highly recommended.
