    The walls are paper thin, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned in a while by the looks of the tub and walls, the air conditioner made a constant ticking noise, and the pool is boarded up in a way that makes it look condemned. I don't expect luxury when I'm booking motels, (I know what I'm getting for the money, but for almost $400 for two nights, I wasn't expecting a 60.00 motel room. That being said, check in was pleasant, professional and quick.

    If you have high expectations look elsewhere.

    The Inn is average at best. Room cleanliness could have been better e.g. room was dusty. Air quality was not great after turning on the AC. Don't look up at the bathroom fan. Bed was comfortable. You get what you pay for so don't have high expectations. I would not recommend longer than a 1 night stay. Location is close to restaurants, and 1000 Islands boat tours (5 minute drive) which was a positive.
