Amazing hotel!! all the amenities are great, the staff are friendly and polite, especially a gentleman “Gordon” in the front desk is very helpful and thoughtful for our 1st trip to Macau. Also away and just minutes walk from all casinos. Recommend to who wants to enjoy the relax and fun gamble vacation!

Stayed 1 night for my birthday. Plenty of new hotels in Macau but we chose FS because of their service...and so glad we did! Was checked in by Adam Lam. He was very courteous and wished me happy birthday. He asked if we need reservation for dinner and we told him where we liked to go and he said he would try to reserve a table for us. Unfortunately the restaurant was full and Adam recommended another one but we decided to eat elsewhere. We then asked Adam to order a bday cake from Xiao Ting. Adam said usually the cakes are ordered 24hrs in advance but he will arrange. The cake was ordered and arranged to be kept with In Room Dining so we could have it when ever we wanted. Our room was clean, nice & spacious with the view of the Eiffle Tower from The Parisian hotel next door. We were send a small welcome gift of fruits and bday cupcake (which was sooo delicious). When we had the birthday cake that evening, we were surprised that it was quite large (I later learnt that Adam asked Xiao Ting to upgrade our cake to 2lbs instead of 1lb). It was a strawberry cream cake and it was HEAVENLY... one of the best cakes we've ever had. We were able to check out at 2pm (again thanks to Adam) and we had a really relaxing morning in our room. We were checked out by Victoria who was just as courteous and professional. Four Seasons met all our expectations and more. Their small gestures meant a lot to us during our short stay. Thank you FS Team !
