Disaster of a hotel with NO STAFF on site
No one works here. App and log in didn’t work. Was on the street in the middle of the night on the support with them. Two “customer service agents” hung up when they couldn’t figure out the issue. TV didn’t work. No one on site to assist. Was dingy. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. No one report it to. Window was open when we arrived and stuck open. N one on site to assist. Think they can run a fully remote hotel. They can’t. It’s a bad joke.

Needs an update
Room looks great in photos. In real life: chipped paint, cracks in the walls, really loud heating system (airplane engines are more quiet). Really old windows that let the cold weather in. The bathroom was absolutely freezing! Overall cleanliness was OK but the room is desperately in need of an update.
