Fairly decent motel in sketchy part of town
No frills motel. Clean. Basic room with microwave and small fridge. Lots of traffic noise some nights. Many homeless people in this part of town. Did not get replacement towels two nights. Internet went out for a few days. Outside walkways, uneven tripping hazard. Some restaurants nearby.

I liked it and would stay there again. Good value. Very comfortable. About the only thing that I didn't like was that most of the restaurants nearby closed down by late afternoon, and a motel half a block away had a security guard in the parking lot. Nothing else signaled "unsafe", and yet it made me a bit uneasy.
