6/10 Good

This hotel is conveniently located next to the train station and Azrieli mall with a short walk to the Sarona market with restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean, modern and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is gourmet and amazing. The main issue is the rudeness of the front desk staff on arrival. They keep you standing there without acknowledging you for a long time. Room not ready on time. They only have one person working but there area few staff there. It is like they are doing you a favor in helping you. Not at all up to standard that one would expect at a business hotel. Hope they fix this. Then it would be truly excellent.

2/10 Poor

One day I put out the “Do not disturb” sign, turned on the “Do not disturb” light, and went to sleep. I was awakened by a staff member banging on the door. When I asked why he had woken me, he told me that he wanted to let me know that if I left the sign out the next morning, the room would not be serviced. The next day I again put out the “Do not disturb” sign, turned on the “Do not disturb” light, and went to sleep. I was awakened by a staff member banging on the door. Same guy as the day before. I told him that I was really upset that he had woken me two days in a row. He told me that I shouldn’t take this personally, since he was doing this to all rooms, and showed me a clipboard with a list of all the occupied rooms. I asked, “So you’re knocking on all rooms that are occupied?” He told me “No”. He explained that he would only bang on doors that said, “Do not disturb”. I went down to the front desk. I explained what the man had told me – that he would specifically bother the people who had asked not to be disturbed. The agent said "Yes, I agree that doesn’t make any sense, but that’s our policy.” The next time I was there in the afternoon, nobody knocked on the door. This time they called on the phone. They asked if I had ordered a cab. I don’t know if they were serious or just messing with me. We used to do stuff like this in grade school as a prank.

Being for the first time in Israel-Tel Aviv and I was lucky to stay at this beautiful, comfortable hotel. Staff was so helpful. The room was so clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is only 4min to a nice mall and close to everywhere by walking Gal the manager of breakfast area was so helpful with a great attitude. If you have a plan to go to Tel Aviv, I suggest to take a look at this hotel

What a great place to stay. It was extremely convenient to Tel-Aviv HaShalom train station which is an easy ride from Ben Gurion airport. And this hotel is immediately next to the Azrielli mall.

8/10 Very Good

Great hotel, check-in was smooth and we received an upgrade. Beautiful, clean, spacious rooms. The only issue we had was on checking out of the hotel. The staff member was totally incompetent and it took 20 minutes instead of the 1-2 minutes it usually takes to check out of a hotel.
