    The property was under renovations, and if known we would have stayed at your competition. There were no discounts, and the stay there cost more that the Quality Inn. What was very disturbing is that you advertise shuttle service, and we had to wait close to 1/2 hour --out in the cold--for your shuttle. When we wanted to go back to the airport the next day, we were told there was no shuttle, and a cab had to be called for us.--Extremely dissapointed with your service

    tv did not work and they did not care did not move me even though there were empty rooms. room was cold and heater was noisy. breakfast was a bottle of water and an apple. I passed on that.

    Had to change my reservation because of a flat tire. Very difficult to get it changed. Wanted me to call Expedia but there was a long wait. Didn’t want to help. I just wanted to change my room from a king to two queen beds. Felt like I was asking for a miracle. Not friendly when we arrived.

    It was fairly close to airport and offered a shuttle. Nothing on this site mentioned it was under construction which caused the front desk to be relocated. My first room had quite a fee pieces of hair on and under the pillows so we switched rooms. The second room was fine except the frame that holds the box spring in place stuck out about 3 inches and I felt it was a little dangerous, which I reported on checkout. Breakfast was a nice hot breakfast but no coffee to be found??there were omelettes, pancakes, sausage, beans and turkey bacon . There was also the normal assortment of pastries, yogurts, toasts and cereals. Overall the hotel would have been excellent if not for construction and the bed issues. I would probably give it another go if construction was completed.
